The general entrance to La Sagrada Familia is on the right side of the Nativity Facade on Carrer de la Marina.

The general Sagrada Familia entrance is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the wait time is approximately 45 minutes. 

Depending on the crowds, tourists might have to wait a few minutes less or more.

Sagrada Familia Entrance for Group Tours

The Group Sagrada Familia Entrance is recommended for group visitors with more than nine people and an official guide. 

Visitors who book the Sagrada Familia guided tour usually access this entrance. A separate group entrance saves time for large groups.

Location: 

The Group Sagrada Familia entrance is on the left side of the Nativity Facade on the Carrer de la Marina.

Opening Hours and Wait Times:

The Group entrance is accessible between 9 am and 6 pm, and depending on the crowds, the wait time can range between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Sagrada Familia Entrance for School or Educational Tours

Sagrada Familia is a popular choice for school and educational tours, as children benefit from exploring such architectural, historical and cultural marvels.

This entrance is reserved for pre-booked school visits, and visitors can only enter Sagrada Familia through it.

Unlike the other two Sagrada Familia entrances on either side of the Nativity Facade, this entrance is on the back side of the basilica on Carrer de la Sardenya.

The School Visits Entrance does not have specific opening hours, and wait times depend on several factors, such as the number of groups and the season.

Please note: a group of more than nine tourists needs a group ticket. They may be denied entry if they have an individual ticket instead of a group ticket.

Sagrada Familia Entrance for Visitors with Disabilities

The Sagrada Familia ensures an inclusive environment and experience and goes out of its way to make visitors with disabilities feel comfortable and welcome.

Visitors with wheelchairs can access the wheelchair-accessible Sagrada Familia entrance on the backside of the basilica on Carrer de la Sardenya.

Free Entry for Visitors with Disabilities

The Sagrada Familia entrance fee is waived for all visitors with proof of over 65% disability and one companion, so remember to bring your documents. 

While the entrance fee for Sagrada Familia is waived, visitors with disabilities and their companions still need a Disabled Ticket and a Companion Ticket, respectively.
